I see many people in the world ask the question: what should I do with my life?
However, you need to realize first that you are living outside to inside instead of from INSIDE TO OUTSIDE.
The truth is no-one can TELL you what you should do with your life and if they gave you can answer they would be dead wrong.
Stop listening to others!
Ask yourself this question: what did I do as a kid for hours?
The answer to what you should do with your life is what you got lost in for hours when you were younger. Whatever you did or do naturally is what you were BORN to do. Only when you got older did you silence your internal voice to live from the outside.
“Ya Andrew, but I need to grow up and make money and have a career”
No, you don’t!
It takes consistent effort over time to build your business, your brand, and earn money from it. While you are doing that you work a job to pay your base minimum expenses.
Don’t expect money to come immediately as the impatience to “figure it out” and make money doing what you love is what PREVENTS you from accomplishing it in the first place. You want some actionable steps?
First, realize you aren’t going to make any money doing what you love for at least a year. Get a part time job or work until you have savings to take a year off.
Second, focus 100% on the one thing that will get you closer to what you get lost in everyday. Then GET LOST IN IT!
Third, you will brainstorm ideas of how to put content out into the world (AKA The Internet) and monetize it via youtube, paid courses or ebooks, or any audio, visual, or written content you can think of.
The MAIN priority here is doing what you love.
The clock is ticking.
When I worked as a RN I saw many people with unlived lives.
They thought it would be long. They thought they had time.
And they weren’t all Grandmas and Grandpas. I’m talking 29 year old coke addict has a stroke and loses use of his entire left side. 26 year old has a car accident and loses BOTH of his arms. This shit could happen to anybody.
It could happen to you.
If it does happen to you don’t you wish you had spent all your time doing what you get lost in?
Get lost and stay lost.
